Don’t worry, here are a few quick things to check:

If you see the message “Session is not live yet,” the session has not started.


If you see “Session is not live yet,” it hasn’t started. 

Check the summit schedule to see when the session goes live.

You can use this time converter to see your local time.


 If the Session Is Live but Still Won’t Play

Try the following:

  • Refresh the page at the session start time

  • Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox)

  • Try a different device (computer, tablet, or phone)

  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies

How to Refresh Your Page

On Windows:

  • Press Ctrl + R, or

  • Click the ? refresh icon in your browser

On Mac:

  • Press Command + R, or

  • Click the ? refresh icon

On Mobile (phone or tablet):

  • Tap the ? refresh icon in the address bar, or

  • Swipe down on the page until you see the refresh symbol
