If you subscribed to Autism Parenting Magazine via our iOS or Android app (not via our website) and cannot access your magazine issues, please follow these steps:


1. Reinstall the App

Try uninstalling the app, restarting your device, and then reinstalling it:


2. Check for App Updates

Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. Go to the App Store or Google Play and check for updates.


3. Restore Purchases

  • Ensure you are logged in with the Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe.
  • Use the Restore Purchases function in the Settings menu of the app.




Your purchased issues, including back issues, should now be available in the ‘My Library’ section.
