If you're trying to access the magazine using the mobile app:

1. Can you please try to uninstall the app, restart your device, and then reinstall it again?

2. Please enable push notifications on your device. This should be enabled so we can provide access to your magazine app.

 Ensure you are running the latest version of the application by going to App store or Google Play on the device and checking if there are updates available for Autism Parenting Magazine. 

3. Please ensure you are logged in with your Apple account or google account and try the Restore Purchases function found in the Settings menu of the app you originally purchased in.

The app or website should synchronize with your account and your magazines including your back issues will be available to read in the 'My Library' section.

If the issue persists, send us a screenshot of what you're getting so we can investigate.
