1. First, clear the cache and data of the Autism Parenting Magazine APP installed in your device. 

To do that, go to Settings and click Apps. 

Under Apps, look for Autism Parenting Magazine and click it to open its information and settings. 

On the App Info screen, click on Storage. 

Under the Storage section, click on 'Clear Cache,' and then click 'Clear Data.'

Once done, click on go back to return to the App Info page, and then click on Uninstall to remove the APP from your device. 

2. After uninstalling, restart your device. 

3. When your device is back on, download the APP by directly clicking the link below or by searching Autism Parenting Magazine in Google Play Stores, and then click 'Install.'

Ensure you are running the latest version of the application by going to App store or Google Play on the device and checking if there are updates available for Autism Parenting Magazine. 

4. Please ensure you are logged in with your google account (Put Email address) and try the Restore Purchases function again found in the Settings menu of the app you originally purchased in.

The app or website should synchronize with your account and your magazines including your back issues will be available to read in the 'My Library' section.
