The solution below is relevant for our IOS and Android app.
If you subscribed to the magazine via our magazine app ( not via our website) and cannot access magazine issues, even though you're a subscriber, can you please follow these steps:
1. Can you please try to uninstall the app, restart your device, and then reinstall it again?

2. Ensure you are running the latest version of the application by going to App store or Google Play on the device and checking if there are updates available for Autism Parenting Magazine.
3. Please ensure you are logged in with your Apple account or google account and try the Restore Purchases function found in the Settings menu of the app you originally purchased in.
The app or website should synchronize with your account and your magazines including your back issues will be available to read in the 'My Library' section.
If the issue persists, send us a screenshot of what you're getting so we can investigate.
