When you subscribe to the magazine you are entitled to the latest issue and all subsequent issues. The standard subscription does not entitle one to back issues unless you have purchased them separately.
If you're not certain if you should have access to the missing magazine issues you're looking for, you can view your purchase history on your device.
Unfortunately we don't have the means to verify your purchase history. As with any other apps in the App Store and Google Play, all of the billing and the framework used for app free trials and subscriptions is controlled by Apple through the iTunes system for iOS devices and Google through Google Play for Android devices.

1. If you can verify your purchase and have tried the steps shown on the videos provided above, kindly send us a screenshot of your purchase history. Alternatively if you received an email confirmation or receipt for your purchase via App Store or Google Play, you may send that instead.
2. Please send us your device token which you will find when you tap on the Settings icon on the lower right portion of the screen/app and we will deliver the issues to you.
*Please copy and paste the device token rather than send a screenshot so we can ensure we get it correctly.
3. Please enable push notifications on your device. This should be enabled so we can provide access to your magazine app.
